The hotel was perfect and fairly clean, offering sensational breakfasts. It has a comfortable location close to the tram. Our single room included an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control, which we appreciated. the service was very good, and we enjoyed the complimentary concierge service as well.

Breakfast was sensational, greatly enjoyed the position.
Our double room was new-fashioned with a double bed and TV plus fresh towels as advertised. Its location was great, very close to tram station. Being very close to Yo was nice, we had dinner there.

The staff here are very attentive and flexible, and the breakfast with salami and tea was excellent, while our spacious room included a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

the location near the tram and not far from the metro.bathroom new and clean
the breakfast without bread and the breakfast room not very clean. the traffic congestion in the afternoon until evening and difficult to get a taxi or to go by taxi

I had a really nice and cozy room here with a TV and fresh towels, plus a comfy double bed. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. 😊.

Location to the Ataturk airport is ok - it takes only 25-30 with the hotel transportation (request in advance). Connected rooms good for a family with 3 children.
The staff doesn't speak good English. The pool was not nice so we didn't use it at all. There was no air conditioning so it was a bit hot and you can't sleep with the window open because of the noice from the streets.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely great value for money. The room was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with the Great Bazaar just a 15-minute walk away and two tram stations conveniently nearby. The staff at Prestige Hotel Old City were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us whenever needed.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of food options.
